This product made such a difference. It took almost the entire tube, but it was definitely worth it. I had called Rolex and talked to them and they were saying it would cost over $500 to replace the crystal. Fortunately for me, my crystal is acrylic, not mineral. It would not have worked had it been anything other than acrylic. I used a micro fiber wash cloth to scrub the crystal with the product. It took about 30 minutes of work... but it certainly did the job!

Well I'll be damned. This worked.
I scratched my watch on the side of a brick wall during a ticker tape parade (U.S. Women's soccer team) and as I was going through the crowd I wedged myself through the crowd and the building. My watch got a nice scrape. After looking at reviews I figured I might as well try it instead of going to Torneau.
This worked. It made a deep scratch into a very minor scratch. Take a look at the pics (I've included a before and after). It took 5 applications and about 10 mins to remove most of the scratch. Worth a shot.

My father gave me his old Rolex 1500 OP date with an acrylic crystal that was in pretty rough shape. A little bit of this stuff and about a half hour and elbow grease made it like new again! 30 years of scratches gone! Worked like a charm

Let me just start off by saying that I am very rough on my watches. 2 of my 3 sapphire crystal watches have chips in them, and my acrylic crystal watch has seen better days. I don't know if this is the best picture representation of the condition of my acrylic crystal watches, but the top left (Tissot/Rolex) have acrylic crystals, and you can clearly see scratches on the crystal of the Datejust.

I have a 1969 Rolex. This has an acrylic crystal, not a sapphire crystal. I've owned it for 25 years, and it had quite a few scratches. One was fairly deep. The cost to replace the crystal is hundreds of dollars. I lived with the scratches for years until I found this product. The product worked like magic.
I used a microfiber cloth and put a drop on the watch face. I polished the watch face for 2-3 minutes. I then put another drop on and repeated the procedure. I could see the light scratches being removed, but the deep one was still there. After 4-5 drops, and about 15 minutes of polishing, every scratch was gone! I was stunned. My crystal now looks brand new. Wow.
Highly recommend. It's not magical, and did take 15 minutes of polishing, but I know have a new looking watching.

This is an incredible product. I had a Swatch brand watch for 10 years. I wear it everyday and it takes a beating. I recently got drywall mud on it. I used a scotch bite pad to remove it. I destroyed the glass, gave it an extreme haze, a million scratches. Brought it to the jeweler asked them to polish it out, they said they couldn't and needed a new lens call swatch. I came across this on amazon. Polished it out for 2 minutes twice. And it looks like it did 10 years ago. BRAND NEW. must have for any watch owner. It works great.

I had somehow terribly scratched up the face of my cheap Casio supposedly "tough solar" watch. Bad enough that it wasn't really wearable anymore. Not sure how I did it, whether the dog's paw scratched it when I was playing with him or something, but basically the whole face was now a complete mess.
Now it is probably not the most logical thing in the world to try and repair a badly scuffed, cheap Casio watch that cost less than $30, but it was one of my favorite beater/weekend watches, so I decided to give this stuff a try. Going in, I was skeptical, I fully expected it not to work, and that I'd be tossing the watch. I put a few drops on, rubbed like crazy for a couple minutes and - disappointment. The face was mostly still scratched, although you could see some minor improvement. Then I retreated it as they suggested, and this time I rubbed longer than the 2-3 minutes they suggested. That second treatment showed more dramatic improvement, I got rid of maybe 80% of the scratches. Third time, again vigorously rubbing about 5 minutes, and the scratches are entirely GONE. The entire face looks like the day the watch came out of the box. It is now perfect, FLAWLESS, in fact.
Now that I have used this, I think whether or not it will work for you or not is likely going to depend on how deep the scratches are. My scratches were bad, but not super-deep, which is why they could be buffed out. I don't think this fills in holes or divots in the plastic, I think it is essentially a kind of buffing compound that just lets you buff out surface scratches. I suspect that is why you see some people praising this product and others saying it is worthless.

Watch Revival works EXACTLY as like it says. If you follow the instructions TO THE LETTER, you will have an acrylic crystal that looks like new. Deeper scratches require multiple passes and putting a little ass into it but patience is key here. It is one product that really works exactly as advertised. I'm very happy with it. Watch Revival keeps my Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch acrylic crystal looking like new. It even works to remove fine hairline scratches from mineral crystal. I'm referring to swirl marks etc. Couple 3 min sessions and moderate pressure took away the annoying fine scratches on my vintage MKIII Speedmaster. It also does a fine job at fine polishing silver, gold and stainless. Even though it is not advertised as such. Excellent product easily worthy of 5 stars!!!

I have an old ORIS automatic watch that I wanted to try and give a face lift. The plastic face cover had been scratched up by years of use/abuse. First I tried to get a new plastic cover and my local watch repair guys said it would cost ~ $50 labor included to replace. Then I stumbled across the scratch remover. I thought, $10, why not give it a try. I have other watches and glass items that this might come in handy for if it works. Based on the reviews I had pretty high expectation; yet, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the repair. The vast majority of scratches simply vanished as I rubbed the cream into the plastic. The only scratches that remained were two very large indentations: one a deep scratch that wa luckily not near the center of the watch face, and a deep nick that was also not centered. I think I must have buffed the surface with a dry cloth for almost a full minute, off and on. All-in-all, I was very satisfied and would recommend this to others that want to give their plastic watch face a new lease on life.
